Refund and Returns Policy

1) Digital products. All sales are final

All products sold on this Site are digital products (for example, downloadable files, templates, digital assets, or other digital content). Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds.

2) No refunds after delivery or access

Once a digital product is delivered, downloaded, or accessed, it cannot be “returned.” For that reason, we do not offer refunds for any of the following:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Accidental purchase
  • Failure to read the product description or requirements
  • Incompatibility with your software, device, or workflow

4) Exceptions. When we will help

Even though we do not offer returns or refunds, we will work with you to resolve issues in good faith if any of the following occurs:

A) Duplicate charges or duplicate orders

If you were charged twice for the same order, we’ll correct it.

B) Non-delivery due to a technical issue

If you paid but did not receive access to your digital product, we’ll provide the files or access.

C) Corrupted, incomplete, or incorrect files

If the files are corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from what was described, we’ll provide a working replacement or the correct files.

D) Unauthorized purchase (limited case)

If you believe your payment method was used fraudulently on our Site, contact us immediately. We may request additional information to investigate. If fraud is confirmed, we’ll work to resolve it appropriately.

Important: In these cases, the remedy is typically replacement, re-delivery, or support, not a refund.

5) How to request help

6) Chargebacks and payment disputes
